Migration from Windows XP continues

Windows 7 passed Windows XP in installed user base in August 2012. As of  April 2013 53% of Desktops worldwide were using Windows Vista, 7 or 8. With the April 2014 End of Life for Windows XP now less than a year away, SMB users should consider upgrading their newer PCs to Windows 7 or 8. Older PCs should be replaced.  With PC sales dropping over the last year, it’s a buyers market. New PCs come with the buyers choice of Windows 7 or 8 pre-installed. Although the vast majority of Windows XP applications will run properly in Windows 7 or 8. You can download an application from the Microsoft website to test your software and hardware prior to upgrade or new purchase.
